At LeafyCookies, we bake our cookies fresh and pack them carefully to ensure the best quality. Since our products are perishable food items, returns are limited. Please read our policy below.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and package.

After verification, we will either:

Send a replacement product, or

Provide a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened food products

Perishable items such as cookies

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
